The Ecclesiastical History of the English People (Latin: Historia ecclesiastica gentis Anglorum), is a book written by Bede in about AD 731. It tells the history of the Christian Churches in England, and of England in general.

Its main focus is the fight between the Roman Rite before the Schism and Celtic Christianity. It was written in Latin. It is considered one of the most important original texts on Anglo-Saxon history.
