Changhua County

Changhua County (Chinese: 彰化縣; pinyin: Zhānghuà Xiàn) is a county in Taiwan. It is the smallest county on the island, though there are smaller counties on some of Taiwan's other islands. The capital is Changhua City.

About 1.3 million people live in this county. It has the second-largest population after Taoyuan City.
