Central German (German: mitteldeutsche Dialekte, mitteldeutsche Mundarten, Mitteldeutsch) is a variant of two subgroups, West Central German and East Central German. Central German is spoken in Berlin, Bonn, Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt.
