Area codes 541 and 458 are telephone area codes in the state of Oregon, United States. They cover most of the state of Oregon, excluding the northwestern corner, which is served by area code 503. It covers Eugene, Bend, Medford, Springfield, Corvallis, Grants Pass, Ashland, and Albany. Area code 541 was created on November 5, 1995, as a split from 503. It was overlaid by 458 in 2010.
