Vihti is a municipality in Uusimaa, Finland. It is about 50 km (31 mi) northwest of the capital city Helsinki. As of 30 September 2023, 28,866 people lived there. Neighbouring municipalities are Espoo, Hyvinkää, Karkkila, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, Loppi, Nurmijärvi and Siuntio. It was founded in 1867.
