I noticed that you removed red links and red links templates from articles such as qualia and dissociation (psychology). According to WP:RL, they help Wikipedia grow. The consensus on the talk page agreed that they should be kept. So, why did you remove them? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Paradox Marvin (talk • contribs)
The tags I removed because the articles did not have too many red links. The only red links I removed were in the related pages sections, if the page doesn't exist yet then you shouldn't be putting it in the related pages section. In article text we definitely keep red links. But the purpose of the related pages section is to point you to other existing pages that are related. -Djsasso (talk) 22:48, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
Oh okay I see, that makes sense. Thanks! Paradox Marvin (talk) 15:07, 4 February 2021 (UTC)
Hey please don't restrict the page of Climate of New Mexico back to New Mexico. I add that page for a more descriptive understanding of how the climate is in New Mexico. Fleestarkotz (talk) 02:04, 4 February 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker)@Fleestarkotz: Your changes were very complex and I have reverted them. I'll remind you that this is the Simple English Wikipedia. --IWI (talk) 02:47, 4 February 2021 (UTC)
Do I need rollback for it to work here? --TsugaruLet's Talk!:)🍁 21:55, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
@つがる I don't think so, anyway you are a rollbacker so it's sort of moot? CM-Public (talk) 21:56, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
@つがる: I can verify this, as I sometimes use this - no, you don't need rollback to use Huggle, you only need rollback on enwiki. --Belwine • 💬 • 📜 21:58, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
CM-Public If I can find mass rollback with Twinkle, then I don't need rollback anymore, but there isn't. So hence I have rollback. --TsugaruLet's Talk!:)🍁 21:59, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for the assist on this. It still is not archiving as I wanted. I have it set to 3 days since the last comment so my talk page should be pretty blank. Can you double-check that for me, please?--PotsdamLamb (talk) 16:59, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker)@PotsdamLamb: Could it be because of the minthreadsleft parameter? If you don't specify a value, it will leave at least 5 threads, no matter how old they are. --Auntof6 (talk) 20:08, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
@Auntof6: I checked and it’s set to 1. It’s not important really I just like to keep the threads to a minimum. PotsdamLamb (talk) 08:05, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
@PotsdamLamb:No, minthreadstoarchive is set to 1. That's a different parameter. --Auntof6 (talk) 11:17, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
This is likely the issue, I set it on your page to 0 so no threads will be left if they are older than 3 days. You can up that number to however many you would like left at a minimum. -Djsasso (talk) 13:09, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Hi, could you please help me. You bot Sassobot is not archiving my posts for more than 3 days on my talk page. Could you please resolve this issue?
Also please check my code of archive..DJRC (talk) 08:29, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker)@TTP1233: Your code seems to be okay. It might be that there was no new line between {{bots|allow=SassoBot}} and the archive configuration, but I wouldn't think that would be the issue. —Belwine • 💬 • 📜 08:32, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Maybe...but let's see.DJRC (talk) 08:34, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker)@TTP1233: It used to be that the archiving code had to be the first thing on the page, but I'm not sure if that's true now. Also, see my note above about the minthreadsleft parameter. You haven't specified a value for that, so the bot will always leave at least 5 threads on the page. --Auntof6 (talk) 11:30, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Yep this is the issue for you as well. I have set it to zero for you but you can set it higher if you like. -Djsasso (talk) 13:12, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Thanks Djsasso! PotsdamLamb (talk) 16:04, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Hey on second thought, it was set to one (just as yours is) so why was it not taken? PotsdamLamb (talk) 18:14, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
As mentioned above by Auntof6 you have a different setting set to 1. Not minthreadsleft. -Djsasso (talk) 18:16, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Oh, I see I mixed it up with minthreadstoarchive. Thanks again. PotsdamLamb (talk) 18:29, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Hi, I've seen that you reverted my edit in "Template:Usage of IPA templates". My edit was correct: the word "io" ("I") is written without accent in Italian (adding an accent in that template doesn't change the result in IPA, anyway), and the /i/ is a long vowel so the symbol [ː] has to be added (it's the same as the stressed /o/ in "sono" and /a/ in "Americano"). Please restore my correction, as that line is currently wrong. Thank you! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.52.236.115 (talk • contribs)

Thank you for striking out their multiple votes! Why was their first one at the top not stricken? Thanks PotsdamLamb (talk) 07:37, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
Because they get one vote, they just don't get multiple. -Djsasso (talk) 11:55, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso and ImprovedWikiImprovement: Not according to 5.6 on the RfD page "Suggestions by users using "sock puppets" (more than one account belonging to the same person) and IP addresses will not be counted." PotsdamLamb (talk) 14:48, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
Yes and as I replied to you in the Rfd. You are reading that sentence wrong. The point of that line is that if you use multiple accounts or IPs to vote they won't count. Not that all IP votes don't count. -Djsasso (talk) 14:51, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
I should probably point out Rfd isn't actually a vote anyways, theoretically there could be zero keep votes and the article could be kept if all the delete votes were not based on policy. Not likely to happen but I want to point out admins will handle this sort of thing usually when they close the discussion but sometimes will with strike them out during the discussion. I think you are a bit too wrapped up in what happens with the Rfd and maybe need to step back a bit and let it play out. -Djsasso (talk) 15:03, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
I didn't mean to imply. It is not just this RfD I have seen it on others as well. I do not remember seeing your statement on that as the IP user deleted a lot of things and faked being other people so I gave up after the restore. I will back off. PotsdamLamb (talk) 15:34, 25 February 2021 (UTC)

Hey Djsasso - the ip user is back with a wall of text again stating the same stuff as in all of their other suggestions. Have a great night! PotsdamLamb (talk) 03:18, 27 February 2021 (UTC)
Hey DJSasso - a couple questions for you. Does SEWP not use recently deceased template? I saw you removed it from an article I put it on earlier today. Secondly, what is the reasoning behind articles like list of nbc shows, list of HBO shows, etc.? Thanks PotsdamLamb (talk) 06:10, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
The purpose of the recently deceased template is to prevent edit conflicts from the rapid editing of the article because someone just passed away and so there is high interest in editing a given article. That is rarely the case here, it can be used here, but unless its a very well known figure it is not likely to serve any purpose and will just get forgotten on the page. List are articles just like any other, if its a notable topic which a list of shows on a major network would be then they get an article. List also serve an additional purpose in being a single location where you get to multiple related articles. -Djsasso (talk) 18:03, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
Got it! Thanks! PotsdamLamb (talk) 04:08, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
User:Djsasso just deleted 3 articles I created, I spent a lot of time working on them. They were made very simple and quite short, however I was more than willing to edit them more in the draftspace. Djsasso could've put them into draft space, but no, they had to erase them and not even notify me. The user reverted one of my edits - but did not mention anything in the edit summary. J.Turner99 (talk) 12:07, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
You did not spend a lot of time working on them. They were copy and pasted from en.wiki which made them copyright violations. Frankly you are lucky I didn't just block you per WP:ONESTRIKE since you are currently blocked indefinitely at en.wiki for disruptive editing. -Djsasso (talk) 12:09, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
I'm very lucky indeed. I did spend considerable time on them, please look at the edit history. J.Turner99 (talk) 12:13, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
I'm sorry for jumping the gun, I did not realise that there was no draftspace. Although a notification would have been nice on my talk page. J.Turner99 (talk) 12:22, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello, the esteemed manager of Peyman Keshavarzi has joined the tractor manufacturing team. You can see this in the Persian version as well. I also added the resources, but a user returns them without even looking at the resources. Please take care.--5.126.209.71 (talk) 16:30, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
The user is looking for an editing war and has The three-revert rule violation. Why don't you address it.--5.126.209.71 (talk) 16:34, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
You keep vandalizing the page. The 3-revert rule doesn't apply to vandalism. (I knew looking deeper into rules after my RfA would pay off eventually). ShadowBallX (talk) 16:36, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
I am going to look into whether this is vandalism or not. Please both of you stop for now. -Djsasso (talk) 16:37, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
Fair enough. You probably haven't seen the edits the other user made. ShadowBallX (talk) 16:38, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
@ShadowBallX: The sources do seem to indicate he switched teams. Is there a reason you think it is vandalism? -Djsasso (talk) 16:42, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
When I first checked to make sure it was accurate, I couldn't find anything suggesting the transfer was made. So I assumed it was vandalism, given the history of the page. ShadowBallX (talk) 16:44, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
@ShadowBallX: I am an Iranian user and I am better aware of this issue and I understand the sources better because my language is Persian and I even added valid sources in the editing and my goal was not to sabotage.--5.126.209.71 (talk) 16:56, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
I understand that you wanted to help out. I know that probably wasn't your goal, but we have had vandalism on that page by IPs similar to yours, so I immediately thought you were trying to vandalize the page. ShadowBallX (talk) 17:00, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
Please assume good faith, ShadowBallX. You shouldn’t be immediately jumping to negative conclusions purely because they are an anonymous user. I suggest you be more careful when reverting in future. --IWI (talk) 18:23, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
I see you have reverted my moves to more simple names back to more misleading and longer ones. What is the rationale for this? The usual naming convention in reference works like Britannica Kids, The Oxford Dictionary of the Christian Church (3 rev. ed.), the Oxford Dictionary of British History (3 ed.), the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, and the Oxford Dictionary of World History (3 ed.) is e.g. "Charles II" not "Charles II of England". For e.g. Charles I the epithet "of England" is not simply uncommon in reliable sources and unnecessary for so famous a king, but actively misleading. Should this not be discussed? GPinkerton (talk) 20:51, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello dear manager, I am a user who edited the article of Peyman Keshavarzi yesterday and today I made an article with the same user again without even looking at the sources of the deleted tag. Please take care.--2A01:5EC0:9811:C83F:B4B1:A810:B1F2:4BEE (talk) 13:57, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
The player failed both GNG and NFOOTY, As well, the article was tagged with QD G4, which is recreation of deleted content. Those are the reasons the page was deleted. ShadowBallX (talk) 14:02, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
ShadowBallX Why didn't you go to the polls? The player may not have been famous enough before and now he is famous. This is not a convincing reason to delete the page. My friend, you are just rushing away my efforts.--2A01:5EC0:9811:C83F:B4B1:A810:B1F2:4BEE (talk) 14:11, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
The reason I did a QD was because it was a recreation of content that was previously deleted, meaning it could be quick deleted under G4. ShadowBallX (talk) 14:13, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
ShadowBallX No, you did not even look at the sources. All the sources were credible. You did not even look at the article because the sources were in Persian. You thought it was sabotage.I do not know the reason for your haste in destroying all my efforts.--2A01:5EC0:9811:C83F:B4B1:A810:B1F2:4BEE (talk) 14:17, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello, Dj, and thank you for offering a solution to the problem I described at Talk:For the Gambia Our Homeland#Wikidata item and interwiki links. Thing is, I don't know what's meant by "purge the cache" of the page. I suppose this isn't the same as refreshing the browser's display, because I recall doing this numerous times (also on similar instances for other pages) with no success. Your guidance is appreciated! Deborahjay (talk) 11:44, 20 March 2021 (UTC)
WOW!!! I just tried it on a new page here, Tic-tac-toe, and it worked like a charm! Not only had I not known this, our local Wiki women editors' group (founded just after the 2011 Wikimania held in Haifa, meeting biweekly since then and weekly via Zoom during the pandemic) has repeatedly encountered this problem and none of us has tracked down a solution - till now. Thanks, @Belwine:, and blessings to you from the Western Galilee! Deborahjay (talk) 13:00, 20 March 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker)@Deborahjay: There are also a couple of settings that give you a quick way to purge the cache of a page. To find them, click on "My settings" at the top of any page. Click on the Gadgets tab, then go to the "Interface settings" section. Then do one or both of the following:
Click the checkbox by "Add a "Purge" tab to the top of the page which lets you purge the cache of the page." This will give you a "Purge" link to the top of most pages.
Click the checkbox by "Live Clock: Add a UTC clock to the screen." This give you a clock at the upper right corner of most pages. If you click on the clock, the cache of your current page gets purged.
After clicking on one or both of those, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. Then you should see the new options after you exit your settings. HTH. --Auntof6 (talk) 13:14, 20 March 2021 (UTC)
These are wonderfully helpful options, @Auntof6: It's quite likely we don't fully exploit the Gadgets in settings. I'm about to write a mini-tutorial on this and translate it to Hebrew. Thank you for enriching our editing experience! Deborahjay (talk) 18:17, 20 March 2021 (UTC)
@Deborahjay: Yeah I use the clock option that Auntof6 mentions. That way you just click the clock and it does it for you. -Djsasso (talk) 18:46, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
Mmhmm, that clock is one slick gadget - but I'm having a tough time finding it in other projects. The Hebrew WP doesn't seem to offer the same options, certainly not by identifiable names. Next I'll try setting "global preferences." At least I'm learning about options of which I hadn't previously been aware. Cheers! -- Deborahjay (talk) 18:53, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
If you know any admins on them. You could probably just get them to import the gadget over to whatever project it is. -Djsasso (talk) 18:55, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
Why were my changes reported? The John Wilkes Booth page is obviously way too detailed and needs to be shortened as well as simplified. No normal, young, and incapable reader will want to read details about his death that are longer than the entire article! Xdude gamer (talk) 17:00, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
Simple English does not mean less detailed. It just means we explain the details in simpler English. It is a mistake many who are new here make, assuming our articles should be shorter and less detailed. -Djsasso (talk) 17:02, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
Oops, my mistake. Xdude gamer (talk) 17:04, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
Btw, it's ok you moved the page but please don't merge the page, let it be an independent one. There are lots of things needed to be developed. In the page puya I was about to write it's long history and much description and in the list of puyas, I am to write about the description of a hundred plus list.
So, please revert your edit of merging the page, please! Haoreima (talk) 04:04, 4 March 2021 (UTC)

Please reply this one too, brother Djsasso! 😃😃🙏🙏 Haoreima (talk) 03:26, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello, Dj! I see you did a move to rename "Category:Asian cuisine" to the simpler English "foods" - which I'd had in mind as a #REDIRECT, but I see your point. NOW my query for you: did the move take care of the six subcategories and three pages to which I added the category name as I'd originally planned, or do they need manual correction (even by HotCat, since I don't see Cat-a-lot in Gadgets here). How to proceed? Cheers! -- Deborahjay (talk) 11:36, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
Already fixed all the pages. Yeah foods is simplier. It also matched another category that already existed which I noticed once I created the category for you which is why I moved it. -Djsasso (talk) 11:37, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
While you're at it - the name Category:European foods [sic] should be capitalized in sentence case (not European Foods, which is title case). I'm not making the change so we won't have an edit conflict... anyway, I'm procrastinating on a tough assignment on Meta-Wiki, plus the kitchen awaits! -- Deborahjay (talk) 11:47, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
Already had fixed it.:) -Djsasso (talk) 11:50, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
Hi. I have a question in regards to IRC. --TsugaruLet's Talk!:)🍁 21:25, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso:
Hello! Please don't remove any Meitei transliterations from the pages. Because they are Meitei related pages. Because they must stay, if you think my deed is wrong, then please see all those Greek and Arab related pages, they also have their respective transliterations.
Haoreima (talk) 11:38, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
And please reply me. I want to know your opinions. Haoreima (talk) 11:40, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
The problem isn't that you are using transliterations it is that you are are using Indic scripts which are not allowed in the lead of an article or in infoboxes. Please see WP:INDSCRIPT. -Djsasso (talk) 11:41, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso:
I don't think Meitei script is Indic. It is independent from the mainland Indian culture. Haoreima (talk) 11:51, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Besides, for what purpose is Template:Lang-mni made if Meitei transliterations are not allowed to be used. Haoreima (talk) 11:52, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso:
Please revert your own edits kindly. It takes me a lot of time to add but removing is easy. So, please help me. Haoreima (talk) 11:56, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
I am not sure that you are correct at this point. I will look further into it, but as far as I can tell they are indic. If I can find evidence they are not I will put them back. However, I would suggest not adding any more at this point. -Djsasso (talk) 12:00, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso:
But what is the purpose of Template:lang-mni?
And, you know in English Wikipedia, all the Hindu related articles use Sanskrit transliterations. No admins remove it from the last few decades. What do you think? Haoreima (talk) 12:07, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
If you go to the first page I linked to in my first comment it explains that there are certain pages that they can be used on, such as pages about the scripts themselves which is where you could use a template like that. -Djsasso (talk) 12:08, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker) It is a script for a sino-Tibetan language that is pretty different to the Indo-European languages spoken in the rest of Northern India, which may explain the confusion. It is however related to the scripts used in the rest of India, as it is derived from the Brahmi script (like Devanagari is). There are a number of reasons why Indic scripts are not supposed to be used in the lead, which can be read about in the link above. --IWI (talk) 12:10, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso:
Seems like some politics is going on in Wikipedia unless Sanskrit transliterations are not removed from Hindu related pages. For example en:Durga in particular.
For Meitei related pages, only Meitei transliterations are added. So, what's need for removal if those Hindu related pages are not affected? Haoreima (talk) 12:13, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Sanskrit is also an Indic script. Haoreima (talk) 12:15, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
It specifically states that they can be used on those religious articles. --IWI (talk) 12:16, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
The biggest difference is that Sanskrit characters appear on most if not all browers. Many other indic scripts (which includes Meitei) do not, so they just appear as blocks which cannot be read by people on the page. -Djsasso (talk) 12:20, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Not sure about that. It only mentions Hinduism and Buddhism on the page, though it may be extended to others; not sure. You have to remember that Sanskrit is a language closely linked to these religions and their scripts. --IWI (talk) 12:20, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@ImprovedWikiImprovment and Djsasso: Once more, Meitei transliterations are added only on Meitei topics. And it's culture is not mingled with any confusing Mainland Indian culture.
Besides, The Wikipedia rule page says transliterations can be added through template "lang" only to the topic of the language, for example Meitei script for Meitei topics. Haoreima (talk) 12:20, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
That means specifically an article about the language itself. -Djsasso (talk) 12:21, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@ImprovedWikiImprovment and Djsasso:
Ok, you have a favourtism towards Sanskrit, then see en:Bengal uses Bengali script, both in heading as well as infobox. No one remove it from many decades. Bengali script is also a major Indic script. And the page isn't related to any religion. Haoreima (talk) 12:26, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
It is not favoritism. If you look at the various discussions linked to from the link above it will explain why there are issues with many/most indic scripts. They are certainly treated differently, I do not deny that. But it is because many of them cause a number of issues. One of which I mentioned above, Meitei characters do not show up on most computers and just look like blocks so they are unreadable by most people. Whereas Bengali characters do show up on most browsers so are readable and thus can be verified whereas for most indic scripts they cannot be verified. -Djsasso (talk) 12:29, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso: what do you mean? Meitei language even has its own Meitei Wikipedia. What about that? Will people be unable to operate this Wikipedia? Haoreima (talk) 12:32, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
No, I just mean that by default most browsers cannot see the Meitei characters in most of the world. For example when I look a your articles I just see squares where the characters should be. Remember we are on Simple English Wikipedia where most people on it will not have the ability to see them, thus for us we can't easily verify that what you have put there is correct. Thus there were many discussions on the topic and they came to the conclusion that they cannot be used in the lead and in infoboxes. The others you have mentioned can be seen by people who edit English Wikipedia so we can go and make sure that editors aren't putting incorrect information. -Djsasso (talk) 12:35, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso: Until this discussion is not over, don't remove any transliterations further. I have much further to tell you. Haoreima (talk) 12:37, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso: Most of the world? Do you have computers of the entire world? Whenever I surf anything in Google search with Meitei script, which were already written in English Wikipedia article, in lead, results of course, came, out accurately.
Remember, the default may be either due to a malfunction in your computer or for a particular reason with a few computers. For this, we can not compensate the culture of an entire ethnicity. Haoreima (talk) 12:42, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
That is because your computer has Meitei script installed so you can see them. I don't need to have everyone computer in the world to know what is installed by default. -Djsasso (talk) 12:43, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso:
Absolutely not!
As I have already told you, I have experimented in many computers, they all came out accurate results. No bugs happen. Remember, Meitei script is an internationally recognized script, it has Unicode also. So, no matter for further discussion. Please reconcile with me.
Haoreima (talk) 12:47, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
I think you are misunderstanding here. Computers in India likely will have these scripts installed as default. This is not the case here in Europe, or in the Americas. We cater to a global audience, thus these characters should be avoided in the lead. --IWI (talk) 12:51, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@ImprovedWikiImprovment and Djsasso: Then, you mean every Meitei Wikipedia articles will appear blank in Europe? Meitei Wikipedia has code mni, recheck yourself. Haoreima (talk) 12:55, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Yes, that is exactly what happens when you go to the Meitei Wikipedia. It is filled with repeating squares and no characters. This isn't something strange, it is a well known thing. -Djsasso (talk) 13:17, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Djsasso:
In that case, it's your personal case. Your personal case must not affect others. Even in India, many of your European or American native languages may appear blank. But at least, people will know there's something because of the presence of () brackets. Don't affect others. Reconcile here. Haoreima (talk) 13:33, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
If anything supported by Wikipedia forum gets bug with you, don't mess up. Leave it simply. Haoreima (talk) 13:34, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
It isn't a personal issue, it affects most of the audience of this wiki. We are an English based wiki. Just like Metei Wikipedia doesn't cater to English speakers. It has been discussed many times as you can see from the link above which is how it ended up being added to the Manual of Style. -Djsasso (talk) 13:37, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
He's right, anything written in Meitei comes out here as a string of empty boxes. And Sanskrit is an Indo-European language, which Meitei is not. That is the reason it is readable on our screens. Macdonald-ross (talk) 13:38, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Seems like this discussion has full of meat puppets. I am sure. Haoreima (talk) 13:40, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker) Observe, @Haoreima:: Here your contention is out of line with the facts of the matter. You are welcome to check the edit history of any user by the method (which I explained to you and is used in all WP projects): go to "My changes" and substitute the other User's name for yours, then "Search" - you'll see these particular contributors are highly reputable, active and helpful. I learn from them constantly. I suggest you give them complete attention as they give you specifics on the WP guidelines. -- Deborahjay (talk) 14:58, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
I will caution you against personal attacks. We are discussing with you in good faith. That you don't like the consensus doesn't mean we are acting in bad faith. -Djsasso (talk) 13:43, 26 March 2021 (UTC)

For that, I am sorry. I am a commoner, I have no power in this Wikipedia. And you are an admin, you have all the powers. You can even destroy me. I will be collapsed at your single blow.

Admins have no extra "powers" than anyone else. Everyone is an equal party on Wikipedia; you are not a "commoner". The stuff we are talking about should be followed because the wider community came to a consensus about it; it was not a decision made by any individual. --IWI (talk) 14:51, 26 March 2021 (UTC)

First, the reason for removal of transliterations was said to be because of INDIC SCRIPT policy.
Secondly, religion based issues, though it's INDIC SCRIPT, Hinduism and Buddhism related contents can use transliterations.
Thirdly, Meitei script appears as box box in your screens.
All the reasons are not said at one time. But only after one reason was about to be reconciled by my explanations, another new reason aroused.
If I say that whether the Bengali script appears clearly to your screens or not, it's also an INDIC script and is continuously used in non religious contents, what new reasons are you going to give me?

Please don't merge Page Kakching garden to Kakching. The references in the Kakching garden are all reliable and notable, so no need to depend or merge in another page.
This is not general English Wikipedia, where Kakching page has a section Kakching garden. But still, there, it's not a redirect.
None created a page named Kakching garden in en Wikipedia but here, in simple, I created it. So, let it be an independent page. Haoreima (talk) 14:27, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Reply me please, I expect positive response, at least this time. Haoreima (talk) 14:27, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Most of the links you had on the article were just travel list information or blogs which do not show notability. Being that the article had very little information and was badly formatted it, it was better served by redirected to a section on the other article as is done on en.wiki. -Djsasso (talk) 19:16, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
@Haoreima: So due to your behavior above I decided to look further into your history and discovered you were blocked on en.wiki for "Disruptive editing: blog sourcing, disruptive behavior, no responses to dozens of warnings" with your Goutamkumar Oinam 2 account. Being that you appear to be doing the same thing here with the blog sourcing and disruptive behaivour such as the discussion above I could block you per WP:ONESTRIKE. However, I will instead use this moment to let you know that ONESTRIKE exists. So continuing any of your behaviour that lead to your block on en.wiki will result in a block here without further notification. -Djsasso (talk) 20:51, 26 March 2021 (UTC)

@Haoreima: The guidelines in Wikipedia:Reliable sources are what you need to know, and apply. Wikipedia is a multi-user voluntary project with rules to maintain quality content. It isn't a platform for anyone to add their personal opinions, as a blog is. If you have further questions after you read that page, you're welcome to ask any of the experienced editors whom you know are already observing your contributions. -- Deborahjay (talk) 14:28, 28 March 2021 (UTC)

Oh, Twinkle was the one which said Japan-Stub is not for people --TsugaruLet's Talk!:)🍁 01:44, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
Likely on there like that because we typically used to say only use one or two stubs on a page and Template:bio-stub existed which would likely get worked on more than japan stub. But yeah don't worry about that. To be honest stubs are mostly deprecated anyway so aren't worth worrying about. -Djsasso (talk) 14:39, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
Hello Djsasso.
I am currently typing this from an alt since I lost the password to appeal on my main.
The reason I used 2 accounts is because I forgot both passwords and kept them logged in with John VIII on mobile and MartinLutheran on PC, I did not intend to break the rules of the site and I wanted to be a constructive editor, however I was blocked and now I understand why, if I’m ever unbanned I will only use 1 of the accounts and stop using the other to follow the rules.
Except I don't believe that since it appears you have been vandalizing as an IP editor as well. -Djsasso (talk) 11:10, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
You should've kept No sources. There are literally no sources. But thank you for removing most of the tags. SoyokoAnis - talk 14:42, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Yes that one could go back I guess. I didn't notice it was there. But I think 9 different tags on it is ridiculous. Generally on this wiki we try to keep the tags to the minimum as they tend to harm the wiki more than they help in that things are sometimes obvious that don't need a tag telling you so the tag itself becomes an issue on the page. -Djsasso (talk) 15:43, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Moot now as there are a number of sources on it now. -Djsasso (talk) 16:09, 16 April 2021 (UTC)

Nvm IWI did it anyway. Darubrub (Let me know) 15:50, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Really it shouldn't have been deleted as talk pages don't get deleted, though since it was having a revert war between you and IPs then I guess it doesn't really matter. -Djsasso (talk) 15:52, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
It could just be recreated with the header. Darubrub (Let me know) 15:54, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Once you switched it to having a talk page header on it, it was edited by someone other than the vandal and thus a valid talk page. -Djsasso (talk) 15:57, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
So if I did not replace the content with the talk page header, then it would be eligible for deletion, correct? --Ferien (talk) 15:59, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Yes, but it still likely wouldn't be. The whole reason we switch to the talk page header on Simple Wikipedia on talk pages that are vandalized are so admins don't have to delete them. While you won't find that codified it is how we typically operate. -Djsasso (talk) 16:00, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Hmm, ok, I disagree with that idea because as there is no point of the page being there, it just has the talk header and the only thing happening on the page is an edit war. Maybe we need to reconsider how we work with talk pages. I think that deleting them is a lot better because the talk page is likely not going to be used for anything else. --Ferien (talk) 16:13, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
There was a community discussion about it a long time ago that the consensus of was that talk page headers are more helpful than a note that the talk page had been deleted. -Djsasso (talk) 16:14, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
I deleted it because it ends disruption and there is no editorial reason to keep purely vandalism content. With this particular vandal, it seems to prevent having to protect the page and have a massive edit war that can last months. I stand by my action from this standpoint; yes ordinary vandalism can just be replaced with a header. --IWI (talk) 22:20, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
Question, how come when I type in User:DJSasso in the search box it will take me to your userpage, but when I ping you as DJSasso, it gives a red link? TsugaruLet's Talk!:)🍁 22:02, 22 April 2021 (UTC)

But why as a script on many IPs as opposed to an account? --TsugaruLet's Talk!:)🍁 20:36, 18 April 2021 (UTC)
@つがる: I suppose as the user likely behind it has patroller rights, those articles are not patrollable. So he is just making the articles on IPs so they aren't patrolled, unless he is patrolling them afterwards, which would be strange. --Ferien (talk) 20:38, 18 April 2021 (UTC)
I think he just patrolling them afterwards anyways, see the notice on his talkpage from Auntof6. However, I don't 100% know for sure. I just find it strange they use mutiple IPs. There could come a case where there is a legit person on the IP making articles, and we end up confusing them with a bot... --TsugaruLet's Talk!:)🍁 20:40, 18 April 2021 (UTC)
I don't remember checking, but I remember looking back in the archives and people were saying that all these IPs were in the same /64 range. So maybe this is not purposeful, /64 ranges generally are the same person per w:WP:/64 --Ferien (talk) 20:43, 18 April 2021 (UTC)

Likely whenever someone wants to bring it here. Which likely won't be any time soon as we rarely update the skins. As for how you switch back, you wouldn't be able via Wikipedia itself. Would likely have to use a browser plugin that allows you to mess with page layouts. -Djsasso (talk) 15:52, 21 April 2021 (UTC)

Hi - I wanted to find out more about your statement with examples, please. You stated "Oppose This user does not at all understand how this wiki works and frequently has to have their edits fixed. From my view they are a very long way off from being an admin. " - Can you please explain:
*How I do not understand at all how this wiki works
*That I frequently have to have my edits fix?
99% of my edits do not need fixing and some I reverted myself as I introduced an error or was trying to fix an error and it didn't work out.
Please ping me or TB me. Also, you can archive my RfA since I withdrew. Thanks! PotsdamLamb (talk) 18:45, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
Hi there, Djsasso. I have a question. Are you actually a DJ? 80.225.167.92 (talk) 21:40, 11 May 2021 (UTC)
Hi. So yesterday I posted a project I wanted to do that is going to help me understand more about "how things work" as you stated in my RfA. I cannot do that when you are doing that work for me. Can you please stop your script that you have running against Category:CS1_maint:_discouraged_parameter please? PotsdamLamb (talk) 16:31, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
I didn't mean literal code work. I meant policies and interactions etc. And just plain incorrect edits with bad information. Such as warning users incorrectly such as the user we were just talking on, not only was the warning I was commenting on wrong, it appears you also incorrectly warned them farther up the page which someone else told you was wrong. So essentially you incorrectly warned a newish editor twice, as an admin that kind of thing is highly likely to chase a user away from the wiki which is a very bad thing on this wiki where we need more editors. -Djsasso (talk) 16:33, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
1) Show me examples of "just plain incorrect edits with bad edits"
2) I just saw your post with the link for the plural, as I stated thank you and I striked out my comment.
3) I saw you just completely wiped out the Names for ordinal numbers which removed my section headings and put an error back into the page. 100 is not one-hundredth as an ordinal number (it is actually 0.01). It is used in fractional parts and such. Why did you revert the entire thing?
4) I am assuming you mean the BLP notice? The article was created and had the sentence "...is one of the pioneers of the death metal genre" which requires a source, since it is a BLP. It was not in there. Therefore I was correct in my placement of the notice as it has the links to what needs to be included in BLP articles.
5) You did not answer the question as to why you took the project I was working on to learn more about things here and made it your own and ran it through your script/bot? It was only being worked on by me until I publicly put it out there at the request of Auntof6. I feel that requires an explanation as it was something I was working on.
I look forward to your timely reponse. PotsdamLamb (talk) 20:26, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
I reverted a lot of bad edits to that page done by IPs a few days ago. One hundredth is how it is written in ordinal numbers. For example you write "I finished the race in one hundredth place." You do not write "I finished the race in one hundred place." It even explains why it is that way further down the page and how to write it. Since you want an example other than the warnings, this is another good example. As for the BLP notice, yes BLPs should have sources, but if the statement is not damaging to the subject of the article it is not something to warn a user about, especially since the warning mentions it being removed and archived when it was in fact was not. Don't use templated messages if they don't actually say what you are trying to say. I am not going to comment on "stealing" your project again since I have commented on it elsewhere. Suffice it to say I have been clearing that category for over a month now, long before you choose to work on it, I was the one that even put the articles in there because I changed the template that filled it up so I could see where errors were. -Djsasso (talk) 22:37, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
There have been a lot of changes by numerous IPs and a lot of people have been reverting them, so I feel you on that one. That is a small minor one, that doesn't amount to frequently when you only give one example for today, especially considering you made the statement 18 days ago (wiki time). The warning template was the closest I could use. If we had a single issue (which I do not think exists) template that kinda matches uwbiog1 but not saying libel or anything, just that it needs to have reliable sources would be beneficial. I use twinkle due to a disability and pretty much only have one full hand and a thumb. So I find this approach advantageous to me, because it would take me too long to type this all out. With the 100th it could be written in either concept, so maybe add an example to the article that shows both ways of using it? I already thanked you and acknowledged it as far as your script. I am open to other suggestions on these issues. PotsdamLamb (talk) 22:51, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
For what reason do you put a hyphen between words access and date in certain articles on Simple English Wikipedia? Angela Kate Maureen 16:39, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
Because the templates wants them to have access-date as that is the correct name of the parameter. accessdate is no longer used. -Djsasso (talk) 16:41, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
(talk page stalker) Oops, I've been doing it wrong for like 6 months. Didn't realize it had changed. Thanks for the heads up. --Gordonrox24|Talk 16:48, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
@Gordonrox24: Yeah I forget when the exact change happened, they still work at this point but have been deprecated. They end up in an error category if they are used so that they can be fixed, its not the biggest deal. -Djsasso (talk) 16:50, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
