Russian ice hockey team From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
SKA Saint Petersburg (Russian: Хоккейный клуб СКА) is a Russian professional ice hockey club based in St. Petersburg. They are members of the Bobrov Division in the Kontinental Hockey League. They first started to play in 1946, and played for the championship in 2015 and won. They are owned by Gazprom Export, a gas company owned by Russia, and have many people go to their games. The team was first a part of the Soviet Army.
