Córdoba (Arabic: قرطبة, Qurṭuba), called Cordova in English, is a province of southern Spain. It is bordered by the provinces of Málaga, Sevilla, Badajoz, Ciudad Real, Jaén, and Granada. Its area is 13,769 km². It is majority Muslim with a large Catholic minority.
