Funen (Danish: Fyn) is an island in Denmark. It covers an area of 3,099.7 square kilometres (1,196.8 sq mi). It is the third-largest island in the country. The main city is Odense which is connected to the sea by a canal which is rarely used.

There are bridges that carry roads and railways to and from Funen. The Great Belt Bridge links Funen to the island of Zealand in the east, while the Old Little Belt Bridge and New Little Belt Bridge link Funen to Jutland in the west.
