Dedrick D. Gobert (born Dedrick Dwayne Fontenot; November 25, 1971 – November 19, 1994) was an American actor. He was best known for his roles in the John Singleton movies Boyz n the Hood (1991), Poetic Justice (1993), and Higher Learning (1995). He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana.
