CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is an American crime drama television series that was created by Anthony E. Zuiker. CSI: Crime Scene Investigation debuted on October 6, 2000 on CBS. The series takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Filming for the series takes place in Universal City, California. The show has had three spin-offs: CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, and CSI: Cyber.
