The 4 × 75 metres relay at the Olympics of Grace was held in Florence at the ASSI Giglio Rosso from 30 to 31 May 1931. On 30 May 1931 semi-finals were held during the morning session and the final was held the day afterwards during the afternoon session. Teams from eight countries competed in the event.[1][2][3]

The semi-finals took place in the morning session starting at 11:00am (local time). The semi-finals consisted of two races where the top three teams of each heat qualified for the final.[2]
