Paul Bartel (6. august 1938 – 13. maj 2000) bio je američki glumac, scenarist i režiser, najpoznatiji po crnoj komediji Eating Raoul. Raoul, koji je bio otvoreno gej, je sve svoje filmove snimao u nezavisnoj produkciji, a što je objašnjavao time da je zbog svoje orijentacije bio bolje prihvaćen među nezavisnim, nego među velikim hollywoodskim studijima.
