Manuel Puig (rođen kao Juan Manuel Puig Delledonne, 28. decembar, 1932. u General Villegas, Argentina - 22. jul, 1990. u Cuernavaca, Mexico) bio je argentinski pisac. Među njegovim poznatijim delima su: La traición de Rita Hayworth (1968), Boquitas pintadas (1969) i El beso de la mujer araña (1976), ovaj roman je kasnije prerađen u film Kiss of the Spider Woman i u broadwayski mjuzikl.
