Christian Michael Leonard Slater (18. august 1969 -) je američki glumac. Rođen je kao sin glumca Michaela Hawkinsa i holivudske producentice i agentice Mary Jo Slater, a karijeru je otpočeo već kao dijete. Kao tinejdžer je privukao pažnju publike ulogom u filmu The Legend of Billie Jean 1985. a sljedeće godine i pažnju kritike ulogom mladog redovnika u filmu The Name of the Rose. Kao zvijezda se etablirao ulogom u crnoj komediji Heathers 1989. godine nakon čega je slijedio niz uloga buntovnih tinejdžera i mladića. Slater je, međutim, vrlo brzo na naslovnice počeo dolaziti i zbog problema sa zakonom, vezanim za nasilničko ponašanje, te je godine 1997. tri mjeseca odsjedio u zatvoru. Slater ih je objasnio ovisnošću o alkoholu i narkoticima i rekao da mu je "gluma samo hobi, a ostati trijezan stalni posao".
