Kiviõli is an industrial toun in Ida-Viru Coonty, Estonie. The dounset wis foondit in 1922 an became a toun in 1946. The main industrie is ile shale minin, which gives the town its name (literally "stane ile"). Included in the toun limits, but somewha separate frae the main pairt o the toun, are the destricts o Küttejõu an Varinurme.
