Heinrich Rudolf Hertz (German: [hɛɐʦ]; 22 Februar 1857 – 1 Januar 1894) wis a German pheesicist who first conclusively proved the existence o electromagnetic waves theorised bi James Clerk Maxwell's electromagnetic theory o licht.
