Cracòvia, (in polonesu: Kraków), sa tzitade de Krak miticu re de su IV seculu. Nomenada in unu iscritu de su IV sec., chi faeddaiada de su battijimu de su re de sa tribù de sos vistolanos. Fudi parte de su regnu de Boemia e a poi est intrada a faghere parte de sos possessos de sa dinanstia polacca Piast (1038). Cracovia s'est isviluppada suta sa dinastia lituana Jaghellone (1386 -1572). In su 1609 sa capitale est istada trasferida a Varsavia. In su XVIII sec. Su Congressu de Vienna ada confirmadu sa divisione de sa Polonia, ma ada creadu una repubblica indipendente cun capitale Cracovia. In sa Prima Gherra Mundiale sas truppas de Cracovia ana cumbattidu po sa liberatzione de sa Polonia. In su 1939 sas truppas nazistas sunu intradas in Cracovia e ana deportadu 150 professores e istudentes. A sa fine de sa gherra sos comunistas ana comintzadu a guvernare in Polonia.
