Одноэлектронный транзистор (англ. Single-electron transistor, SET) — концепция транзистора, использующего возможность получения заметных изменений напряжения при манипуляции с отдельными электронами. Такая возможность имеется, в частности, благодаря явлению кулоновской блокады.
