Эннмари Мол училась в университете Утрехта, где получила степень магистра по медицине и философии. Во время работы над докторской диссертацией изучала антропологию, социологию и философию в Париже, в университетах Маастрихта и Амстердама. В 1989 году она получила степень доктора философии в Университете Гронингена.
Обладатель гранта Европейского исследовательского совета в 2010 году по проекту «The Eating Body in Western Practice and Theory»[3]. Развивает акторно-сетевое и феминистское понимание науки, технологий и медицины. В своих ранних работах исследовала перформативность практик здравоохранения, рассматривала, какие реалии генерируются в этих практиках, и как различия в практиках порождают различие реалий.
В 2012 году Эннмари Мол была удостоена нидерландской премии Спинозы.
