Amorphophallus é um género de plantas com flor da família das Araceae (aráceas) que agrupa cerca de 170 espécies de plantas tropicais, tuberosas e perenes. São típicas de terras baixas, crescendo em zonas tropicais e subtropicais, desde o oeste da África até as Ilhas do Pacífico. Não são encontradas nas Américas. A maioria das espécies são endemismos regionais e crescem preferencialmente em florestas secundárias.
