Estimado Leonardo Cunha - desculpe escrever aqui, mas nao descubro onde lhe deixar uma mensagem. Sou tradutor e ontem numa lista de colaboradores alguem pediu ajuda p traduzir "air rights". O google trouxe-me a esta pagina, onde consta esse termo. Pensei entao que como nao e' muito comum, podia passar-lhe o que encontrei num site de real estate/ imobiliaria. "Air Rights" = "Direitos sobre o Espaco Aereo".

Grand Central Terminal (GCT, freqüentente conhecido de forma não-oficial como Grand Central Station) é uma estação de trem em 15 Vanderbilt Avenue (na esquina da 42nd Street com a Park Avenue) em Midtown Manhattan na cidade de Nova Iorque. Construída pela New York Central Railroad, é a maior estação de trem no mundo em número de plataformas: 44, com 67 vias ao longo delas. Elas estão em dois níveis subterrâneos, com 41 vias no nível superior e 26 no inferior.
It serves commuters traveling on the Metro-North Railroad to Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties in New York State, and Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut.
Although it has been properly called "Grand Central Terminal" for a century, many people continue to refer to it as "Grand Central Station". Technically, that is the name of the nearby post office, as well as the name of a previous rail station on the site.
