La New wave of British Heavy Metal (o NWOBHM) qu'ei un corrent de musica qui apareishó au debut de las annadas 80. Evidentament que son grops de heavy metal britanics, coma per exemple Judas Priest, Motörhead, Saxon, Iron Maiden o Def Leppard.
