Årsta holmar er tre sammenhengende holmer i Årstaviken mellom stranden nedenfor Årsta Gård og Tantolunden på Södermalm. De tre øyene er forbundet med hverandre med gangbroer. Øyene tilhører bydelen Årsta, og ligger i bydelsområdet Maria-Gamla stan. De utgjorde en egen bydel fra 1926 til 1934.
Bergsholmen er den midterste øya, 208 meter fra Årstas fastland. Den måler 260 × 170 meter, og det høyeste punktet er 19 moh. Tidligere ble den kalt Tallholmen.
Alholmen er den vestligste av holmene, 184 meter fra Södermalm og 195 meter fra Årstas fastland. Den måler ca. 260 × 170 meter, og det høyeste punktet er 7 moh. Årstabroene går over øya, men har ingen passasje til den. På den nordlige stranden ligger eiendommen Årsta Holmar fra 1737.
Lillholmen er den østligste holmen, 93 meter fra Södermalm. Den måler ca. 200 × 120 meter, og høyeste punkt er bare 4 moh.
