Vest-Telemark Billag L/L (VTB) var et rutebilselskap som ble stiftet i Åmot i Vinje 4. august 1943. I 1972 gikk selskapet inn i Vest-Telemark Bilruter L/L.
Selskapet har historie tilbake til 1911 da Automobillaget Haukeli ble stiftet. Det var fire tidligere selskaper som gikk inn i VTB, og de fikk andeler i selskapet (oppgitt i parentes):
Veinettet ble stadig bedre. Det ble aktuelt å kjøre ruter helt fram til Bø, korrespondanse med jernbanen, og videre til Skien. Samferdselsmyndighetene foreslo samordning eller sammenslåing av bilrutene. Det ble lagt press på selskapene om dette. Rutebilselskapene i Vest-Telemark hadde samkjøring av bussrutene fra 1959. Det ble arbeidet for full sammenslutning, og det skjedde først i 1972. Da gikk Seljord Billag sammen med Fyresdal-Vrådal-Nissedal Billag og Vest-Telemark Billag og stiftet Vest-Telemark Bilruter L/L (VTB).
