Vesle Hjerkinn er et sted på Dovrefjell hvor det lå en gård, eller et sælehus i vikingtid og middelalder.
De gamle tuftene etter middelaldergården ligger i østenden av strekningen mellom Dombås og Hjerkinn i Dovre kommune, på sydsiden av elva Folda, ca. to kilometer øst for Gautåseter.
Arkeologiske utgravinger i regi av Kulturhistorisk museum dokumenterer at Vesle Hjerkinn har hatt en sentral rolle i ferdselen over Dovrefjell. Stedet har trolig vært krongods fra slutten av 800-årene e.Kr. i Harald Hårfagre sin regjeringstid.
To av de seks tuftene på stedet er undersøkt, og det er bygd opp en modell av ett av husene.
