Tønsberg domkirke er en langkirke og katedral fra 1858 i Tønsberg i Vestfold fylke. Domkirken er hovedkirken i Tunsberg bispedømme fra 1948. Tønsberg domkirke er en menighet i Den norske kirke. Kirketårnet rager 50 meter over havet, og har en høyde på 39 meter, noe som gjør den til Vestfolds tredje høyeste bygning, etter Signaturen på Kaldnes og den høyeste skorsteinen i Essoraffineriet på Slagentangen, begge også i Tønsberg kommune.

Byggverket er i tegl og har 550 plasser. Kirken er reist på Lavranskirkens grunn. Lavranskirken (Laurentiuskirken) ble oppført på 1100-tallet og revet 1811–1814. Prekestolen er fra 1621, altertavla fra 1764 fra Mariakirken. Orgelet er fra 2008 og bygget av Ryde & Berg Orgelbyggeri. Fasaden er tegnet av arkitekt Ulf Oldæus.[1]
Altertavla, som har rike barokkutskjæringer, er skåret av Jens Jølsen i 1764.[2] Maleriet viser Jesus i Getsemane og er malt av Jacob Pedersen Lindgaard i 1770.[2] Altertavla kom fra Mariakirken i 1939.[2] Tavla ble da utvidet med søyler og vinger på hver side og nye skulpturer på sidene og toppen.[2] Prekestolen, som er rikt utskåret, ble hentet fra Lavranskirken og tatt i bruk i 1939.[2] Døpefonten er i marmor og formet som en snodd søyle med vinløv.[2]
