St. Eysteins menighet er Den katolske kirkes menighet i Bodø. Den er underlagt Tromsø katolske stift, og har ansvar for kommunene i Salten, Rødøy, Meløy samt øyene Værøy og Røst.
Menighetens navn kommer fra den hellige Eystein, erkebiskop av Nidaros 1157–1188.
Kirken har knyttet til seg nonner fra dominikanerordenen gjennom Mariaklosteret. Nonnene i klosteret har siden opprettelsen i 1953 bidratt til samfunnsutviklingen i Bodø med blant annet ballettskole og ungdomsklubb (og da spesielt etter at den profesjonelle danseren søster Ruth kom til byen i 1958).
Opprinnelig huset Mariaklosteret søstre fra Stone-kongregasjonen. Denne kongregasjonen var i klosteret i drøye femti år før de forlot menigheten . I 2005 ankom dominikanersøstre fra den filippinske bispedømmekongregasjonen Dominican sisters of Our Lady of Remedies. Disse fikk i 2007 eneansvar for dominikanerklosteret.
Nonnene deltar i den daglige aktiviteten i menigheten og St. Eystein skole som er tilknyttet menigheten.
