Scott County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Minnesota. Det ligger i de sørøstlige delene av staten og grenser mot Hennepin County i nord, Dakota County i øst, Rice County og Le Sueur County i sørvest, Sibley County i vest og mot Carver County i nordvest.

Scott Countys totale areal er 955 km² hvorav 31 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 89 498 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Shakopee.
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1853 og har fått sitt navn etter general Winfield Scott.
