San Gervasio er et arkeologisk funnsted fra mayasivilisasjonen på den meksikanske øya Cozumel utafor Yucatán-halvøya i Det karibiske hav. Stedets førspanske navn var Tantum Cuzamil, som betyr «flat stein på svalestedet» på yukatansk maya. Det ble brukt som tilbedingsplass for Ixchel, gudinna for månen, barnefødsler, fruktbarhet, medisin og veving.

San Gervasios historie går tilbake til den tidlige klassiske perioden (300–400 e.Kr.), da alle bosetningene på øya ble kontrollert derfra. Det arkeologiske funnstedet består av en rekke byggverk som stammer fra ulike tidsperioder. En av de eldste er kjent som Los Murciélagos («flaggermusa» på spansk) og er datert til den seinklassiske perioden (600–1000), mens de nyeste stammer fra den postklassiske perioden (1200–1650).
I perioden 1000–1200 styrte itzaene Cozumel, hvorfra de kontrollerte handelen mellom Yucatán og regionen Ulúa. Etter dette ble San Gervasio et av de viktigste pilegrimsstedene i Mesoamerika og et svært viktig handelssentrum. I den spanske kolonitida må det fremdeles ha bodd mayaer i San Gervasio, ettersom det er funnet mayiske keramikkgjenstander fra den tida.
