Nysø Gods er en herregård nordvest for Præstø i Danmark og den ble oppført 1671–73 for kjøpmannen Jens Lauridsen.

Herregården er den første i Danmark i barokk og er oppført i røde mursten samt i sandsten med rødt tegltak. Den er omgitt av en vollgrav på opprinnelig fire, men siden 1780-årene tre sider. Fra 1809 inntil lensavløsningen var herregården sentrum for Baroniet Stampenborg.
Nysø var samlingspunkt for mange kunstnere i den danske gullalderen på 1800-tallet, blant annet H.C. Andersen og Bertel Thorvaldsen, hos baron Hendrik Stampe og hustru Christine Stampe. På slottet er et museum for Thorvaldsen.
Nysø Gods er på 1041 hektar med Jungshovedgaard, Christinelund, Henriklund og Mariannelund
Nysø ble fredet i 1918, fredningen utvidet i 1964. Fredningen omfatter hovedbygningen, Thorvaldsens verksted pluss tre andre bygninger med omgivelser. [1]
