NLA Mediehøgskolen Gimlekollen er den private høgskolen NLA Høgskolens avdeling på Gimlekollen i Kristiansand. Den har fokus på fagfeltene journalistikk, medier og kommunikasjon. Skolen ble etablert i 1981,[3][4] ble høgskole i 1996, og fusjonerte med NLA Høgskolen 1. januar 2013. NLA Høgskolen er eid av seks kristne organisasjoner og et kirkesamfunn og er bygget på kristne verdier. Høgkolen er akkreditert av NOKUT og er åpen for alle uansett livssyn.

Ved studiestedet i Kristiansand tilbys bachelorgrader i journalistikk, informasjons- og kommunikasjonsarbeid, interkulturell kommunikasjon og kommunikasjon og livssyn, samt en engelskspråklig mastergrad i global journalistikk. Studiestedet har om lag 200 studenter og utdanner ca. 10-20% av alle journalister i Norge.
Høgskolen er en del av Gimlekollen Mediesenter, som også omfatter produksjonsselskapet Sanden Media og Norea Mediemisjon.
Fra 2013 har NLA Høgskolen hatt én rektor for alle tre studiebyer; Kristiansand, Bergen og Oslo.
