Kjerringøy handelssted ligger ved ei naturlig havn på Kjerringøy i Bodø kommune i Nordland fylke. Handelsstedet er fredet av Riksantikvaren og fremstår som komplett med 15 bevarte bygninger. Driften ble avviklet på slutten av 1950-tallet og kjøpt av Nordlandsmuseet i 1959. Nordlandsmuseet driver nå handelsstedet som museum, med omvisninger og arrangementer i sommersesongen.

På 1600-tallet var stedet et skipperleie og markedsplass. Johannes Staalenius Bernhoft overtok Kjerringøy som krongods etter 1750, og skal være den som først oppførte bygninger på handelsstedet. Han drev med jektefart, handel og hadde gjestgiveri. Hans sønn Adam Hubøl Schorut Bernhoft fikk gjestgiverbevilling i 1791.
I 1803 døde Adam Bernhoft og handelsstedet ble kjøpt av Christian Lorentzen Sverdrup. Med ham starter en oppgangstid for stedet som etter hvert innebar krambodshandel, gjestgiveri, gårdsdrift, jektefart, fiskeoppkjøp, dampskipsekspedisjon, telefon og poståpneri. Han bygde flere av husene som kan ses i dag. Da Sverdrup døde overtok hans svigersønn Jens Nicolai Ellingsen, som var gift med Sverdrups eldste datter Anna Elisabeth Sverdrup. Ellingsen oppførte også noen bygninger på handelsstedet. Han døde barnløs i 1855 og Anna Elisabeth overtok driften alene frem til 1859. Da giftet hun seg med den talentfulle krambodsbetjenten på handelsstedet: Erasmus Benedikt Kjerschow Zahl.
Med Zahl starter den virkelige storhetstiden for handelsstedet. Han var en dyktig forretningsmann, skipsreder og godseier. Under hans tid ble Kjerringøy et av de rikeste handelsstedene i landsdelen. Da Zahl døde overtok slektninger handelsstedet, og skalerte ned driften til kun gårdsdrift og landhandel.
Forfatteren Knut Hamsun lot seg inspirere av miljøet rundt Kjerringøy i flere av sine romaner, og flere av filmatiseringene er gjort der.
