Kang Min-ho (født 18. august 1985 i Jeju by), er en sørkoreansk baseballspiller som deltok i de olympiske leker 2008 i Beijing.
Kang ble olympisk mester i baseball under Sommer-OL 2008 i Beijing. Han var med på det sørkoreanske laget som vant den femte og siste olympiske baseballturneringen foran Cuba og USA. Sør-Korea beseiret Japan med 3-2 i finalen.
