Joukkasjoki (nordsamisk, Njukčajohka, enaresamisk: Njuhčajuuhâ)[3] er ei elv i Enare kommune i Lappland i Finland. Den er ei sideelv til Nikolasjoki og er en del av Neidenvassdraget. Elva er 10,5 kilometer lang og har utspring på høydedraget Mierggasroavvi. Elva munner ut i Nikolasjoki rundt 4,5 kilometer før Nikolasjokis samløp med Vaijoki.[3]
