Ikšķile (uttales «iksj-tjile»; livisk Üksküla, tysk Uexküll, svensk Yxkull; livisk üks = «én», küla = «landsby») er en regional by i Latvia. Kommunen Ikšķile hadde 8 798 innbyggere i 2011.[3]

Ikšķile var det historiske senteret i regionen Livland. I 1186 ble stedet det første bispesete i Baltikum, nemlig for det som senere skulle utvikle seg til Rīga erkebispedømme. Ruinen etter den første kirken, som ble bygget i 1184, er fremdeles bevart. Den ligger på en øy i Daugava skapt av et damanlegg.
Fra 1185 fantes det også en borg i Ikšķile, som ble stamborgen til en tysk-baltisk adelsslekt som tok navn etter stedet. Den første av denne slekten som førte navnet von Uexküll, var Johannes de Bardewisch i 1257. En linje av slekten bosatte seg senere i Sverige (der den het von Yxkull).
