Ibar (serbisk: Ибар, albansk: Ibër, Ibri) er en elv i Montenegro, Kosovo og Serbia med en total lengde på 272 kilometer.

Kilden er i Hajlafjellene nær Rožaje i det østlige Montenegro. Derfra renner elven gjennom en dyp kløft i østlig retning inn i Kosovo. Ibar ble oppdemmet nær Gazivoda; og her har Kosovos største innsjø, reservoaret Gazivodasjøen oppstått. I Mitrovica mottar Ibar Sitnica som kommer fra sør. Her danner elven grensen mellom Nord-Kosovo, som stort sett er bebodd av serbere, og den delen av landet som er kontrollert av regjeringen i Priština. Broen over Ibar i Mitrovica er et strategisk samlingspunkt i regionen og har vært åsted for voldelige opptøyer flere ganger. Etter Mitrovica flyter Ibar i nordlig retning til den forenes med Zapadna Morava nær Kraljevo i Serbia.
