Det nordatlantiske samarbeidsrådet The North Atlantic Cooperation Council (NACC) var et råd opprettet av NATO i 1991 og var forløperen til Det euro-atlantiske partnerskap. I begynnelsen besto det av NATO og ni land fra Sentral-Europa og Øst-Europa. I mars 1992 ble alle landene i Samveldet av uavhengige stater medlem, mens Georgia og Albania ble medlem i juni samme år.
