DeKalb County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Alabama. Det ligger nordøst i staten og grenser mot Jackson County i nord, Cherokee County i sørøst, Etowah County i sør og mot Marshall County i vest. Det har også grense mot delstaten Georgia i øst.

DeKalb Countys totale areal er 2 017 km² hvorav 2 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 64 452 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Fort Payne.
Fylket ble etablert i 1836 og har fått sitt navn etter Johan DeKalb som var general under amerikanske uavhengighetskrigen.
