Bielsko-Biała er en by med distriktsnivåstatus i sørlige Polen i det schlesiske voivodskap ved elven Biała. Opprinnelig var dette to byer på hver side av elven – Bielsko og Biała – som 1. januar 1951 formelt dannet én byenhet.
