Bayerischer Verfassungsgerichtshof er forfatningsdomstolen i Fristaten Bayern. Den ble grunnlagt 30. mars 1850 som Bayerischer Staatsgerichtshof.
De 38 dommerne utnevnes ved simpelt flertall av den bayerske landdagen, og domstolen er øverste domstol i statsrettslige saker.
