Apoteket Hjorten i Oslo var et apotek på Grønland i Oslo. Navnet Apoteket Hjorten er brukt på en rekke norske apotek i flere norske byer eksempelvis: Apoteket Hjorten i Fredrikstad og Apoteket Hjorten i Trondheim.

Apoteket ble startet i 1857 etter at dette var bestemt ved en kongelig resolusjon 4. desember 1856. Apoteket var det femte i Christiania. Etter en brann i 1859 der 18 personer omkom, ble ny apotekergård bygget. Denne var ferdig i 1861 tegnet av stadskonduktør Chr. H. Grosch, for apoteker Ole Andreas Haanshus. Ved ombygging i 1963 ble det opprinnelige offisinet gitt av apoteker Anders Tenøe til Norsk Farmasihistorisk Museum og montert i sin helhet på Norsk Folkemuseum på Bygdøy.
Apoteket ble ombygget i 1986 og ominnredet til serveringssted i 2000.
Lokalene brukes siden 2000 av serveringsstedet Dattera til Hagen.
Apoteket har idag navnet Vitusapotek Hjorten og holder til i Smalgangen 5.
