Ypäjä er en kommune i landskapet Egentliga Tavastland i Finland. Kommunen har cirka 2 600 innbyggere og et areal på 183,26 km² hvorav 0,50 km² er vann. Ypäjä er en finskspråklig kommune som grenser til kommunene Jockis, Humppila, Loimaa, Koskis (på ett punkt) og Somero.
