Yahoo! Inc. er et amerikansk teknologiselskap med hovedkvarter i Sunnyvale i California. Selskapet er mest kjent for en nettportal, søkemotor, en nettkatalog, webmail, nyhetsaggregator, nettannonser og lignende tjenester. Nettstedet Yahoo ble opprinnelig utviklet av Stanford-studentene David Filo og Jerry Yang i januar 1994 og lansert i mars 1995.
