Swat (pashto: سوات) er en by, en dal og et administrativt distrikt i Khyber Pakhtunkhwa i Pakistan, om lag 160 km fra Islamabad, Pakistans hovedstad. Den er øvre dalføre for elven Swat, som har sitt utspring i fjellkjeden Hindu Kush. Swats administrative hovedsete er Saidu Sharif, men den største byen i dalen er Mingora. Det var en fyrstestat i Khyber Pakhtunkhwa frem til den ble oppløst i 1969.

I 2010 førte et kraftig monsunregn til at elven Swat gikk over sine bredder, og utløste en flomkatastrofe i området.
Vinner av Nobels fredspris 2014, Malala Yousafzai, kommer opprinnelig fra Mingora.
