Den ortodokse St. Aleksander Nevskij-katedralen (polsk Cerkiew Archikatedralna p. w. św. Aleksandra Newskiego) ligger ved Jan Kilińskis gate 56 i Łódź. Den ble reist til minne om det mislykkede 2. april-attentatet på Aleksander II av Russland i 1879.

Byggingskomiteen ble opprettet den 6. april, og bestod av Łódź' største fabrikanter: Karol Scheibler, Juliusz Heinzel, Ludwik Meyer og Izrael Poznański. Mot slutten av året reiste byarkitekten Hilary Majewski til St. Petersburg for å la seg inspirere av byens arkitektur. I begynnelsen av 1880 ble byggingsplanen godkjent. Den 8. mai 1884 ble grunnsteinen lagt ned, og i juni samme år stod bygningen ferdig.
Katedralen er bygd i russisk-bysantinsk stil. Den kan romme om lag 850 personer, og har et åttekantet grunnplan med fem apsider. Taket er formet som en kuppel. Det tettvokste tårnet i fasaden er avsluttet med et tak med fem småtårn (fra vestsiden), og er innvendig polykromert og prydet med rike formstøpninger.
Kirkerommet preges av overdådig bysantinsk utsmykning med ornamenter, kapitéler og pilastrer. Ikonene kommer fra verkstedet til Vasilij Vasilev i St. Petersburg, mosaikkene ble derimot lagd av italieneren Patricci. Katedralen har dessuten vinduer med glassmalerier fra verkstedet til Adolph Seiler fra Wrocław. Ikonostasen ble utformet av den italienske mesteren Camilli fra St. Petersburg etter tegninger av Hilary Majewski. Den har tre dører og er utformet i eik.
