Sandøy kirke er en åttekantet kirke fra 1812 i Ålesund kommune (til 2020 i Sandøy kommune) i Møre og Romsdal fylke. Den er en del av Den norske kirke, Møre bispedømme. Den 1. januar 2020 ble den overført fra Molde domprosti til Nordre Sunnmøre prosti.

Byggverket er i tømmer og har 250 plasser. Altertavlen fra 1818 er laget av Tavle-Jacob.[1]
