Romfo kirke er en åttekantet kirke fra 1821 i Sunndal kommune, Møre og Romsdal fylke. Den er en del av Den norske kirke og hører til Indre Nordmøre prosti i Møre bispedømme.

Byggverket er i tre og har 230 plasser. Kirken har prekestolalter. Grunnplanet er en likesidet åttekant med små utvendige tilbygg mot øst (bak koret) og mot vest (inngang).[1] Tilbygget med sakristi er betydelig nyere enn resten av bygget ifølge Rasmussen.[2]
Kirken fra 1821 erstattet en eldre kirke, trolig korsformet, på samme sted. Tidligere var kirkestedet på Muskjer (Musgjerd) litt lenger oppe. I 1713 ble Romfo nytt kirkested og nytt kirkebygg ble oppført (eller muligens flyttet fra Musgjerd) på Romfo.[1] Byggmester var Ole Pedersen Tøfte (død 1878, 95 år gammel), også kalt Gammeltøftinn, fra Flatvad i Sunndalen. Han bygget også Ålvundeid kirke i samme form og stil, men litt mindre enn forbildet på Romfo. Tøfte sognet selv til Romfo kirke. Åttekantformen var da sjelden på Nordmøre.[3]
Kirken inneholder eldre gjenstander, blant annet en altertavle fra 1713. Fra katolsk tid finnes en Olavsfigur og et krusifiks.[4] Olavsfiguren er av tre og fremstiller en sittende Hellig Olav. Krusifikset inngår i en kalvarigruppe (Jesus på korset med Maria og Johannes på hver side). Inventaret kan stamme fra kirken som sto på Musgjerd, eller fra den nedblåste og ikke gjenreiste kirken på Leikvin (Løykja/Løken).[1]
Adkomst til stedet er via riksvei 70 og videre med kommunal vei.
Løken kirke ble ødelagt av snøskred omkring 1685 og ifølge Sunndalsboka ble Løkens jordegods overført til Romfo.[5]
