Pontotoc County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Oklahoma. Det ligger i de sentrale delene av staten og det grenser mot Seminole County i nord, Hughes County i nordøst, Coal County i sørøst, Johnston County i sør, Murray County i sørvest, McClain County og Pottawatomie County i nordvest og mot Garvin County i vest.
