Pernå (finsk: Pernaja) er en tidligere kommune i landskapet Nyland i Finland. I 2008 hadde kommunen en befolkning på 3 944 og et areal på 425,39 km², hvorav 418,35 km² var land. Pernå grenset til kommunene Borgå, Mörskom, Liljendal, Lappträsk, Strömfors og Lovisa.

Pernå var en tospråklig kommune med svensk som majoritetsspråk (58 %) og finsk som minoritetsspråk (41 %).
Pernå er kjent for sine mange gods og herregårder. I Pernå sentrum ligger Mikaelskirken fra rundt 1440. Bibeloversetteren Mikael Agricola er født i Pernå. Han regnes som grunnlegger av det finske skriftspråket.
Den 1. januar 2010 ble kommunene Liljendal, Pernå og Strömfors slått sammen med Lovisa.
